It's not bad enough the kid is going to grow up without a father, but his mother never even MET his Father.
No, this isn't another case of a sperm donor and turkey baster babies. In this latest abboration the sperm "donor" was already dead. A hospital defiled his corpse to "harvest" his sperm (specifically, remove his testicles) so his parents could have a stranger inseminated.
