Colbert gets parody videos pulled
In a clear case of not being able to take what he dishes out, Liberal Talking Head Stephen Colbert has had a video pulled from Youtube for parodying him.

Of course, there is now a pending lawsuit over Colbert's thin skin, and the fact that he used the DMCA illegally to get the video pulled.

If he were so thick skinned and loved being parodied, then he would have spoken out in favor of the parody artists wouldn't he?

His silence convicts him.

I doubt that Colbert could actually do anything, sadly. All the rights to his show belong to Viacom. Everything he does goes to benefit Viacom, who pay him a wage so that he'll keep making them intellectual property to profit from.

It's sad, but even in this Web 2.0 world, that's still the only way to get big and stay big.
