You are trying to shut something down that does not and will not effect you life in any way. To my knowledge no one is making you listen to Distorted View Daily. I believe amendment one of the United States Bill of Rights States:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
