"Don't you feel it rather interesting that every time you have a story about terrorism, it is linked to Muslim extremists? You don't hear somebody, 'Christian extremist killing film producers, Christian extremists blowing up trains.' It just doesnt happen. But it's Muslim extremists and, ladies and gentlemen, Islam, at least at its core, teaches violence. It's there in the Quran in clear, bold statements."
"Feminism encourages women to kill their children, practice witchcraft, destroy capitalism and become lesbians."
This is God's power and he sent this thing to warn us ... we needed a shock.
-- Pat Robertson, remarking on the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, quoted by Robert E. Norlander in a dispatch of September 14, 2001

The "Kill their Children" line refers to abortion. Have you ever had one? If so, you're a baby killer.
September 14 2005, 11:44:26 UTC 6 years ago
Anyway, when you're having an abortion - you're killing a bunch of cells. The cells don't become a baby until LATER in the pregnancy, when you CAN'T have an abortion. I crush a live leaf - OOPS, killed some cells! I bash my head against the wall after reading your crap - OOPS, killed some cells!

Common Liberal Fallacy
Saying that over and over doesn't make it true. We're alive from fertilization. We may not be able to survive outside the womb for seven to nine months, but we are alive, and have a soul.
Saying an unborn child isn't alive is like saying an adult isn't alive until he can survive without the Earth's atmosphere.
Just because you need a special environment doesn't mean you aren't alive.

What did God say about Pride? Pride is one of the seven deadly sins, jackass. Not admitting it when you're wrong is pride.
September 13 2005, 14:32:02 UTC 6 years ago
I'm Protestant, and I ascribe to what the Bible says about ALL sin being deadly.
For we ALL have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God.
If you're going to debate me, at least have the decency to learn the difference between what the Bible says, and Catholic dogma.
Catholics are Pagans with some pseudo Christian trappings.

CATHOLICS AREN'T PAGANS. Pagan's don't beleive in God.

What really sucks is that our war isn't over yet... and if it is, I win.

And if I do log in and post some replies, but skip you, it's because your point is foolish, childish, irrational or otherwise not worth responding to.
No one is shying away form your points. The simple fact is most of your comments are childish drivel.

a highly Satanicmy favourite book here, Harry Potter:There is no good or evil...
I may think that abortion is okay and you may not. It's all a matter of perspective, and I've seen yours when I was a conservative. I think that you should put yourself in someone else's shoes. What if you were queer and couldn't marry the man of your dreams? What if you were in my situation and left with an idiotic boyfriend who didn't want his [possible] child? What if you were a pagan, a Muslim, or maybe, dare I say it, a liberal? I think you need to consider other people's feelings.
If not, whatever. It's just a suggestion.

...
There is no good or evil...
A typical liberal, humanist lie. By denying the existence of right and wrong, by denying a moral absolute outside yourself, you can make things up as you go along.
This is how people convince themselves that being gay, killing children through abortion and pedophilia are all "OK," because "Your rules don't apply to me."
Where do you draw the line? At what point does your relativistic moral "code" break down? When do you decide that there IS a moral absolute? Is it OK for the Nazis to kill 6 Million people in concentration camps because it was "Right" from "their point of view?"
I may think that abortion is okay and you may not. It's all a matter of perspective
What if you were queer and couldn't marry the man of your dreams?
If you wallow in your sins and pursue a deviant lifestyle, then you need to be prepared to face the consequences of that lifestyle. Catholic Priests can't marry the children they molest, and I don't shed a tear for them.
What if you were in my situation and left with an idiotic boyfriend who didn't want his [possible] child?
That's a common consequence of having sex outside of marriage.
If you'd saved yourself for marriage, any pregnancy would be in that context.
September 19 2005, 23:44:49 UTC 6 years ago
Why isn't it okay for me to be a deviant?
I didn't want to save myself for marriage. Mr. Cornswalled, I don't think you know how much fun sex is. You should try it sometime, or just find the wonders of gay hobbit porn.
And what do you think of The Lord of the Rings?
October 4 2005, 17:32:57 UTC 6 years ago
Because it's against God's laws.
October 7 2005, 15:18:08 UTC 6 years ago
Because you just defended the Nazis, and you seem to think that's OK.
